Cancellation Policy

By electronically submitting this Player Registration Form, I agree that all names provided within this registration will abide by the Terms and Conditions set forth by the League. As the parent/guardian of the registered player(s), I understand and give my consent to the following statements: - Participation in softball may result in serious injuries and protective equipment does not prevent all injuries. As such, I waive, release, absolve, and agree to hold harmless the League, sponsors, volunteers, and participants from any claim arising out of an injury whether the result of negligence or for any other cause. If, however, I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately. - Photography, filming and the use of my child’s likeness and image may be used in league-authorized publications, educational materials, research, marketing, advertising, news media, and Web materials. Such materials, including all negatives, positives, digital images, and prints shall become and remain the sole property of the League and I shall have no right or title to such items. The League and authorized photographer do not owe me or my family any compensation for the acts that I have consented to in this agreement. - Divisions are determined based on birth year. Players may participate in an older age division, but never play down. Divisions may be combined with another division on an appropriate level or cancelled if enrollment is low. - Full refunds will only be provided for cancelled divisions. Once the season has begun, no additional refunds are provided. Credit Card Processing Fees cannot be refunded by the League.
